Bicone powder mixer
Application
It is composed of two truncated cones united by a cylindrical section. A quick-closing lid for raw material feed and a butterfly valve at the other end of the unit allow for perfect sealing of the mixer.
The working capacity of the mixer is 65% of the total volume. This type of mixer is particularly recommended when the product to be mixed has a specific density and size and it does not form lumps. Baffles are supplied in large quantities for intense mixing.
The mixing time is approximately 10 to 20 minutes (approximately) at most.
Available models of capacity 5 liters to 6000 liters (higher capacity on request)
