Vibrating channel weighing machine for solid products
Introduction
This weighing machine is available in 5 different models and allows to weigh from 5 to 12000 g and from 1 to 4 different solid products at the same time.
Principle of operation
The product is stored in the upper hopper and then flows into a vibrating channel. By vibrating this corridor the product is lowered into a weighing bucket. Once the desired weight is reached, the spill chute opens to drop the product into its packaging.
This machine can operate in semi-automatic mode by pedal or automatically if it is integrated above a vertical bagging machine for example.
The touch screen can display the following information: weight of the previous bag, weight of the current bag, rate of the machine, type of product, etc ...
